What is delivery time for sample shipment?
Sample shipment takes 10 to 15 working days and is subjected to vary depending on the distance to be covered.
How many days it will take to reach a shipment to its destination?
Normally it takes approx 10 days duration from our factory to sea port (Stuffing to Sailing). Thereafter it depends on different sea lines and on the date of vessel sailing.
What type of stamping & labeling is used on products?
The process of Stamping and Labeling involves two phases: one is concerned with Carton packaging and the another with Inner/box packaging. We make carton marking as specified by the client and also use sticker, bar code and tags for inner/box as per by the buyer's request. Apart from the above we also specialize in exclusive packaging that includes packaging in Silk, Cotton Label, Embroidery Logo, Screen Printing Logo Stickers etc.

What is minimum order quantity?
MOQ entirely depends upon the nature and volume of the handicraft and the total value of order placed at a time. As such, for buyer's convenience, we have no specific MOQ for ready stocks.
How much automation you are using in your company?
Our products meets 100% guidelines of handmade, however we are using some small machines and tools (hand operated) to speed up the production and to support the preliminary work of production.
What is production time?
In general, we deliver order within 10 working days of securing the client's payment or on the approximate delivery date, mutually decided.
